We’ll explore and unpack your learned beliefs and fears around birth. This will often include unpacking the prominent birth stories in our lives, along with unquestioned mainstream ideas.

If possible, we’ll revisit the details of your own birth and understand the impact of the birth process you experienced on your own life.
🌿 PRENATAL SELF-CARE
Develop an intuitive connection with your body and your baby, and a plan to nourish and nurture yourself during pregnancy. Being the authority during birth begins with being the authority during pregnancy.

Determining who’ll be in attendance, preparing a birth altar, and intentionally setting up your birthing space.

Hey, I'm Sarah!
Co-Founder of HEAR ME ROAR.
I'm an experienced (and fiercely passionate!) free-birthing mama of two gorgeous boys, Luka and Avery.
After living through the resultant trauma of a medicalized birth, and then experiencing the vast difference following a complete sovereign birth (just as nature intended), it’s a life mission of mine now to help women remember who we are and claim our innate power.
The power to birth our babies freely, physiologically, unassisted, and as the authority on the experience, IS our sacred birth rite as women.
For me, that experience came with the birth of my second son, Avery.
With his birth, I followed my instincts. I listened to my body. I trusted nature’s design, and I experienced the vast difference of birthing freely, physiologically, and without interference.
That birth changed me forever.
It showed me the truth: the power to birth our babies as the ultimate authority in the experience is not only possible... It is our sacred birthright as women.
And once I had lived it, I couldn’t unsee it.

I’m a sovereign birth advocate on the journey of sharing the truth about physiological birth. Birth is sacred and I believe that our bodies are designed to do this. I don’t view birth as a medical event. I do not practice medicine and I’m not licensed. This is intentional! My work is rooted in traditional understandings of physiology.
My dive into physiologic birth started when I became pregnant with my son in 2021. I birthed my baby in our home with medical assistance. The birth was beautiful but rough and it awakened a new passion (or remembering) inside of my soul.
And so the path to sovereign birth began!

FAQs
How long does the container run?
Most women join Wild & Free Group Coaching in their first trimester, and will continue to about three months postpartum (depending on when your baby actually arrives and when you feel complete in your journey with us). However, we welcome women in all stages of their pregnancy journey, whether that be preconception, pregnancy, or postpartum.
When should I join?
You are welcome to join at any stage of your pregnancy journey. Whether you are just beginning to imagine your birth or you are already moving through the later months, the container is designed to meet you exactly where you are. We will walk with you through pregnancy, free birth preparation, and into postpartum integration.
I'm exploring free birth, but I'm not 100% sure. Can I still join?
We operate on the premise every woman should choose how they birth based on what feels appropriate for them. If you’re exploring free birth, you’re absolutely welcome to join (and still make your own decision as to your ultimate birth choice for yourself).
**It’s important to note we are not medically trained and need to be explicitly clear that nothing we cover in this program will be medical advice, medical in nature or related to medicalized birth.**
How big are the groups?
Each container is intentionally intimate, capped at 20 women, so you can feel truly seen and supported throughout your journey.
What if I have fear or doubts about free birth?
Fear is natural. Doubt is natural. This container is designed to hold you exactly where you are, so you can work through what feels heavy while strengthening your trust in yourself. You don’t need to be fearless to belong here.
Can I join later in my pregnancy?
You are welcome to join at any point in your pregnancy journey, whether that is preconception, pregnancy, or postpartum. We are here to support you throughout any stage of your pregnancy.
What happens on the group calls?
Each month, we gather for a 2-hour circle. This includes guided coaching, space for sharing, and practices that support you emotionally, spiritually, and practically as you prepare for birth. The calls are designed as a sacred space where you feel deeply seen and held in your journey.
Is there 1:1 support included?
The focus of Wild & Free is the group container, but there are opportunities for private coaching sessions with Brittany or Sarah, depending on availability. These will be offered as add-ons for women who desire deeper individual support.
What if something unexpected happens during my pregnancy?
This container is here to support you no matter what unfolds. We will walk with you through your pregnancy and into postpartum integration, holding space for your unique experience while always respecting your autonomy and choices. Our commitment is to you, not an outcome.
Do I need to have already decided on free birth to join?
No. Some women join while exploring their options; however, most of the women who join this container have a strong desire to birth outside of the current medical system. Wild & Free Group Coaching is a space for you to grow in confidence, release fear, and listen more deeply to your intuition, whether you choose free birth or another path in the end.
How is this different from hiring a douls or taking a hospital birth class?
Wild & Free is not medical training, and it is not focused on managing birth through techniques or hospital protocols. It is a space for inner preparation, nervous system grounding, and community support. A doula or hospital class may walk you through specific medical procedures; this container walks you back to your power.
Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a coaching container and a living circle that holds space for each woman personally, we do not offer refunds. When you join, you are committing to yourself and to the collective.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. We understand life unfolds in unexpected ways. You may cancel your membership at any time, and your payments will end from that point forward.
